Excellent quality. However, no instructions or templates were included. It works fine and looks good

The quality of this latch is outstanding; no comparison to the cheaper stuff out there. One small quibble is that the predrilled holes in the latch shaft are not centered very well, so it was difficult to line up the screw that holds the knob in place to the holes on the shaft; but I did get it to work. It would benefit greatly from some installation instructions. But overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.
