The door bell we purchased from Knobs and Hardware is just what we wanted.

Bronze door bells were difficult to locate, especially since we were looking for quality. Knobs and Hardware delivered for us and we would certainly use them again.

The quality of the doorbell button we ordered was superior and it was delivered promptly. The photos and measurements on the site meant no surprises when it was delivered. We recently replaced all the door hardware from here as well and it arrived well packed and ready to install. Two thumbs up!

This item took FOREVER to arrive! It was back ordered, something I was not told at the time of ordering.

I usually don't mind if I am told something is on back order; then I can determine if I have time in the schedule to allow for that. Since I was not told and the item did not arrive in a timely manner, the entire project's finishing details were held up.

Baldwin products are always top quality, so I have no issue with the product.
